Promotion period

The promotion closes at 23.59NZT on 30/06/2026.
Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted.
Eligibility
Entry is open to residents of New Zealand and Australia aged 18 years or over.
Employees, contractors, directors and immediate family members of the promoter, its related companies and any agencies or suppliers directly associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
By entering, entrants confirm that they meet the eligibility requirements set out in these terms and conditions.
How to enter
To enter, eligible entrants must complete and submit the competition entry form during the promotion period.

Entrants must provide their first name, last name, email address and country of residence.
By entering, entrants agree to receive marketing emails from Homegrown Primal. Entrants can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in each email.
No purchase is required to enter.
Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person may be removed at the promoter’s discretion.
Prize
There are two prizes available:
- One prize for a New Zealand winner.
- One prize for an Australian winner.
Each prize consists of a year’s supply of The Complete Beast.
For the purposes of this promotion, a year’s supply means 12 tubs of The Complete Beast. Each tub is intended to provide approximately one month’s supply.
The New Zealand prize has an approximate retail value of NZD $719.40.
The Australian prize has an approximate retail value of AUD $719.40.
The total prize pool is NZD $719.40 plus AUD $719.40.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
The prize cannot be exchanged for any other Homegrown Primal product.
If the prize, or any part of the prize, becomes unavailable for reasons outside the promoter’s control, the promoter may substitute the prize with another item of equal or greater value, subject to any applicable laws or regulatory requirements.
Winner selection
One winner will be selected from eligible New Zealand entries and one winner will be selected from eligible Australian entries.
The winners will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received during the promotion period.
The draw will take place on 02/07/26 at 12.00NZT at the promoter’s registered office: 306A Hardy Street, Nelson 7010, New Zealand.
The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into, except as required by law.
Winner notification
The winners will be contacted by email using the email address provided on the entry form within 5 business days of the draw.
Each winner must respond within 7 days of being contacted to claim their prize.
If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required timeframe or is found to be ineligible, the promoter may redraw the prize from the remaining eligible entries.
The redraw, if required, will take place within 2 business days after the original winner claim period ends.
Delivery of prize
The prize will be delivered to each winner at an address in their country of residence.
The New Zealand prize will only be delivered to an address in New Zealand.
The Australian prize will only be delivered to an address in Australia.
The prize will be delivered as one delivery.
The promoter is not responsible for any delay, loss or damage caused by incorrect delivery details supplied by a winner.
Marketing consent and privacy
By entering this promotion, entrants agree to receive marketing emails from Homegrown Primal. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
Personal information collected as part of this promotion will be used to administer the promotion, contact winners, deliver prizes and send marketing communications.

Publicity
The promoter may publish each winner’s first name, initial of surname and country of residence for the purpose of announcing the winners, unless a winner reasonably requests otherwise.
Any further use of a winner’s name, image or testimonial will only occur with that winner’s consent.
General conditions
The promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant or winner.
The promoter may disqualify any entry that is incomplete, incorrect, fraudulent, automated, duplicated, submitted outside the promotion period or otherwise in breach of these terms and conditions.
The promoter is not responsible for technical issues, website errors, network failures, lost entries, delayed entries or any other issue outside its reasonable control that may affect entry into the promotion.
The promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion if an event outside its reasonable control affects the proper running of the promotion, subject to any applicable laws or regulatory requirements.
Nothing in these terms and conditions limits, excludes or modifies any rights entrants may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Applicable law
For New Zealand entrants, these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
For Australian entrants, these terms and conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the entrant’s state or territory of residence.
