How to Take Bone + Marrow

Serving Size
Take 6 capsules daily. Each capsule contains 500 milligrams of bone and marrow blend.

When to Take
Take at any time of day. For best results, take your full serve in the morning or with food. During recovery from injury, you can increase to 10 capsules per day temporarily.

Getting Started
If new to bone or organ supplements, start with 2 to 3 capsules and increase gradually over a week or two.
