3 years ago I started taking this product, every morning I was waking up exhausted, no matter how many hours I slept I was exhausted, then my hair started falling out, so I went to my hairdresser for a pixie cut. Night sweats gone!

Into perimenopause and I started having awful night sweats, definately more than a hot flush. Within 3 days of starting Mojo they were gone. Im running near the end of the bottle and I skipped a day to see if I really noticed a difference. That first night I woke up with night sweats! Back on Mojo the next day and fine again that night. I feel much less irritable & even tempered related to my cycle too. Great product!

Love having this supplement as it has helped me with my periods so much and they are a lot less heavy. Wondering also, would this be ok for teenagers? I have a 15 year old sister who is having heavy periods. Wondering if this would be good for her? Cheers

Hi Summer, hormone balance is one of the things that Mojo can do. You can only try with your sister, im my experience everyone is different and what works for some doesnt for others.

Works for animals too

My frenchie had urinary incontinence from being spayed before going through heat. The vet said she needed to be on hormone replacement therapy for the rest of her life (she was still a pup), I tried her on DIM which resolved maybe 70% of her symptoms, then I moved her onto this after a year of DIM as I was also taking mojo. Within about 2 weeks her symptoms had 100% resolved, and after around 6 weeks I started to notice other issues of hers had started to resolve. She had a tear stain on her face since she was 12 weeks or earlier which has completely gone. She sometimes gets hives which would take around 3 weeks to heal, and they are now heal in 2-3 days completely. It’s life changing for her. Her hives are also more few and far between. For me my nails are stronger, less brittle and have started to become shiny! Hormonal sweats are gone, and other pms symptoms are gone.

Notice the difference in peri/menopause

I took these several years ago and didn’t notice a massive difference in early perimenopause. However, I decided to try them again since having more symptoms and almost in menopause - definitely notice a reduction in hot flashes the days I take it to the days I forget. I don’t have a heavy symptom burden overall with an animal based diet, but these are absolutely helping with the hot flashes. Will continue to purchase through this season. As a side note, I also find having circulating ketones helps symptoms - especially menobrain!! Don’t have to be in ketosis - even just .2 or .3mmol is hopeful for keeping my brain firing more clearly.
