I am 38-years old, don't smoke, don't drink, exercise 5 times a week, and eat minimal sugar (high fat diet). So I am pretty healthy already. I have been using homegrown primal products for about 6 months now, as I enjoy the idea of having more organs in my diet. I pretty much use them all. To be honest, I have not observed a lot of change or dramatic differences. However, I have recently done blood tests with my testosterone increasing from 18.8nmol/L to 19.6nmol/L. This is very significant, as my test scores should not increase but decrease with age. I have also left all my lab-created supplements previously taken and only take homegrown supplements. I continue to feel good.
I have noticed that my immune system is strong, perhaps stronger since I have taken colostrum. I just don't have off days or feeling under the weather.
Overall, I like the idea of having natural products included in my diet rather than artificial products. This is such a great product with amazing service. Shipping is always prompt with no challenges.
I would like to see an organ supplement directed at the eye to see if beef eye has an impact on me. Hopefully something like this is in the future plans.
