Trachea and Scapula
Trachea is a natural source of Type II collagen, glycosaminoglycans and amino acids that support joint and connective tissue health. Scapula cartilage adds more collagen and complementary joint-supportive nutrients.

Each capsule contains a 50:50 blend of trachea and scapula cartilage. A full daily serve of 6 capsules provides 3000 milligrams of freeze dried cartilage.

How to Take Restore

Serving Size
Take 4 to 6 capsules daily. Each capsule contains 500 milligrams. A full serve of 6 capsules provides 3000 milligrams of freeze dried cartilage.

When to Take
Take your daily serve in the morning or with a meal. You can split your dose across the day if preferred.

Getting Started
Start with 2 to 3 capsules daily and increase gradually over one to two weeks if new to collagen supplements.
