My iron had never been this high

I have always struggled with my iron levels due to heavy periods and not eating red meat for 15 or so years. I started taking this at the start of this year and just got a blood test recently and for the first time in 20 years my iron at a good level. Previously it had hovered below the normal range or just on the edge of the bottom. I have tried lots of other iron supplements but they only ever got me into the lower normal range. Improved my blood test results

Amazing!

I thought I had a good nutrition prior to taking this but feel I now have more strength and my running feels the strongest ever. I feel I need less sleep too? Recovered well and quickly after my 50km elevation race. Love it
