The Problem With Modern Health Hacks

The internet is swamped with people promising health, longevity, and rapid change. Scroll for a few minutes and you’ll find detoxes, miracle supplements, and “biohacks” that claim to transform your body in weeks.

Everyone seems to be selling a shortcut.

But my health hack is actually a lifestyle choice.

Choosing Vitality Over Shortcuts

I love feeling alive and vital. That deep sense of aliveness hasn’t come quickly for me, but I have a natural passion for living this way. Vitality and joy underpin how I choose to move through life.

There are no quick fixes here.

Vitality comes when intentions are honoured and daily practices are lived. It grows quietly through the choices we make again and again.

What Real Health Is Built On

For me, living well means becoming a master of vitality across every area of life.

Nutrition is the foundation.
Exercise is the pillar that supports deep physical change.
Meditation and dance are the soul food that complete the whole system.

Practices, Not Hacks

These are not hacks.

They are practices.

Practices I return to every day because they allow me to feel strong, grounded, and fully alive.

And the truth is, real health isn’t built in a 48 hour challenge. It’s built in the rhythms of how we live.

Here Are Some of My Simple Daily Habits for Better Health

Real health doesn’t need to be complicated. These are the simple daily habits I come back to that support energy, balance, and long-term wellbeing.

Eat whole, nourishing foods. I follow an ancestral diet and supplement with beef organs.

Drink plenty of water.

Move daily, whether you run, walk, cycle, dance or swim. Do something everyday to exercise your body

Get morning sunlight before you pickup your phone. 

Sleep well. Choose a bedtime, try to stick to it, and leave the screens alone a while before bed. 

Try to manage your stress. Easier said than done these days, I know, but there are many tools available, breathing exercises, yoga, meditation. Try one or all of them and find what works for you.
